Michael Buble concert!

This is not a very high quality picture, but I just wanted to share my outfit, pre- Michael Buble concert. I'm wearing a pictorial dress with Venice painted on the bottom. I wanted to go for a European lux feel for this outfit. The belt is the same in my previous blog post, and kind of has a grecian feel to it. I dressed it all up with a dainty flower crown/headband and some sparkly dangly earrings.

The concert was a blast and Michael is such a real and genuine person. He's a great performer and really got the audience going. So glad to have had the opportunity to see him in concert. Oh, and did I mention that was my first time seeing a show at Madison Square Garden?! Yep. It was wonderful.

Country in Color

Greetings. So I've got a couple of subjects of exciting news. First of all, concerning this first picture of an Art Deco coffee table book I own... I'm officially attending the Jazz Age Lawn Party on August 16th!!! I'm so beyond excited!!! If you don't know what this event is, it's basically a reenactment of all things 1920s in the 21st century. Charleston lessons, flashy big band performances, vintage fashion and other old things for sale and for view, and classiness. This will be my first year attending this event, but I've heard such great things that I can't help but start to plan my outfit already.
Secondly, I'm going to see Michael Buble in concert tomorrow! I've wanted to see him for the longest time and I'm really looking forward to it!

I picked up this dress at the Salvation Army. I'm not sure if its vintage or now, but I love pulling it out of my closet and mixing it up with accessories. It's been beautiful out so I thought I would wear some color. It makes my skin look extremely pale, but I've still got a couple months to get some color on my skin...

This pendant was a Christmas gift from Santa Claus. Pictured is the first ever Miss America Pageant in the 1920s in Atlantic City, NJ.

Girls Day

I absolutely adore this dress. I came across it strolling around Sevilla, Spain last summer. Away from the touristy shops in the open, I came across a series of boutiques. This was one of those times when you see something you just can't pass up.
Today I went shopping in my Spanish dress. It was a nice day off from working 3 days in a row. I hope I get some more days like this with an excuse to dress extravagantly.

Love these lizard guys (: ( They're flashlights!)

Adventures in the Italian Market

So I ventured to Philly this Sunday. My family and I decided to take a walk through the Italian Market upon arrival, being as its quite close to my aunt's house. I took some pictures.
In other subjects, I cleaned out my room this week. Took down some old pictures and posters on the wall to make room for some new ones. The weird thing is, my bedroom feels so temporary. It doesn't feel like my bedroom all the things I've placed on the walls and in drawers are soon to be moved to school in August. And then after school, an apartment (ADULTHOOD IS SCARY). I have so much stuff and such little space to put it all. I see a hoarding problem in my future. I wouldn't say I'm extremely materialistic..I do enjoy my stuff though. I also feel this strange temporary feeling with some of my friends. A lot had changed in just a year, and i've become more and more accustomed to being alone and enjoying my own company. Life is weird.
I've been trying to take life day by day. That way I won't get extremely anxious about situations in the far distant future. Its a good thing to work on.
This is a short post. kjsfkdfghlfgj
